We are a small business, we are the ones responsible for the production, packing the orders and managing our social media platforms. Our aim is process all orders within 24h (business/working days). During busy periods, we may take a little longer, but guarantee that all orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days maximum.

We ship our products through all Europe with the exception of EU sanctioned countries. If you are not allowed to select your country in the shopping basked, please contact us at aromaseekerstore@gmail.com

In case of unavailability of an item, the customer will be notified by email. The customer can choose to reimburse the entire order, reimburse the unavailable item, or replace it with another item at the same price.

The goods travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser, to whom it is the responsibility of checking the items upon receipt and immediately contacting the carrier's customer service. We do not reimburse any package that has been damaged during delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs
