Shipping policy

We are a small business; we are the ones responsible for the production, packing the orders, and managing our social media platforms. Our aim is to process all orders within 24 hours (business/working days). During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we guarantee that all orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 working days.

We ship our products throughout Europe (with the exception of EU-sanctioned countries) and to Angola. If you are not allowed to select your country in the shopping basket, please contact us at aromaseekerstore@gmail.com.

Out of Stock & Unavailability In the rare case of the unavailability of an item after an order is placed, the customer will be notified by email immediately. The customer can choose to be reimbursed for the entire order, be reimbursed for the unavailable item only, or replace it with another item of the exact same price.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photographic evidence of both the damaged items and the shipping box to process any claims.
